Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce & Ginger Baker. Cream 1968 Concert Poster

Cream 1968 Concert Poster – Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce & Ginger Baker

This striking vintage concert poster advertises Cream, featuring Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker, appearing at Veterans Memorial Auditorium on Tuesday, May 14, 1968.

The three musicians dominate the upper section of the artwork, surrounded by a bold orange circle and identified individually above their portraits. Beneath them, enormous flowing psychedelic lettering announces “The Cream”, followed by “Plus All Star Show.”

The original poster advertised tickets at just $3, $4 and $5, available through the Central Ticket Office and Sears stores.

The black, orange and aged-cream palette gives the design tremendous visual impact, while the stylised typography and high-contrast portraits capture the distinctive graphic style of late-1960s rock culture.

Carefully reproduced while retaining its vintage printed character, this is an outstanding piece for collectors of Cream, Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker, psychedelic rock and 1960s music history.

It would look superb in a music room, guitar room, listening space, home bar, recording studio or alongside a collection of classic vinyl.
