Creedence Clearwater Revival 1971 Poster Forest Hills Pendulum NYC

Creedence Clearwater Revival 1971 Pendulum Tour concert poster for Forest Hills Tennis Stadium New York.

This striking vintage concert poster advertises Creedence Clearwater Revival during their Pendulum Tour, appearing at the Forest Hills Tennis Stadium in New York on July 17, 1971.

The poster features a dramatic group portrait beneath enormous Creedence Clearwater Revival typography, with the Pendulum Tour, date and Forest Hills venue prominently displayed above the band.

Its restrained black, cream and warm photographic palette gives the artwork a distinctly early-1970s appearance, contrasting with the highly psychedelic concert graphics associated with the late 1960s.

The design celebrates one of America’s defining rock groups during the period surrounding Pendulum, with CCR’s distinctive blend of rock, roots, blues and Southern-influenced music making them one of the era’s most recognizable bands.

Carefully reproduced while retaining its vintage printed character, this is an excellent wall piece for a music room, vinyl collection, listening room, home bar or retro-inspired interior.

Ideal for a music room, vinyl collection, guitar room, recording studio, home bar or retro-inspired interior.
